NPFL: Plateau United Eye Victor Mbaoma

Plateau United have expressed interest in forward Victor Mbaoma ahead of the 2026‑27 Nigeria Premier Football League season, reports the DAILY POST.

The club, nicknamed the Peace Boys, has reportedly asked about Mbaoma’s availability.

The Jos‑based side has listed Mbaoma as its primary target for the upcoming campaign.

Mbaoma, 27, is likely to attract competition from other clubs.

Mbaoma has established himself as one of the NPFL’s most prolific forwards in recent seasons.

He scored 14 goals for 2024 NPFL champions Remo Stars during the previous campaign.

Prior to that, Mbaoma featured for nine‑time NPFL champions Enyimba and for Rwandan club APR FC.
