Valencia: Alexander-Arnold Will Be a Perfect Fit for Manchester United

Former Manchester United winger Antonio Valencia has urged the Red Devils to pursue a high‑profile transfer of Real Madrid star Trent Alexander‑Arnold.

In an interview with Hajper, Valencia said that acquiring a player of Alexander‑Arnold’s calibre would send a strong message.

“He would be very good for Manchester United. He knows the Premier League. He knows what it means to win the Champions League and the Premier League. He is a passionate player, and I would like to see him at Manchester United. Hopefully it could happen, because we need players like that at Old Trafford. Alexander‑Arnold began only 14 league matches last season, and his limited playing time contributed to his exclusion from Thomas Tuchel’s squad for the World Cup in North America.
