United Nigeria Airlines gives passengers the latest Samsung phones

On Monday, June 1, United Nigeria Airlines, one of the country’s leading carriers, surprised passengers with a giveaway of the latest Samsung Galaxy phones as part of its partnership with the smartphone manufacturer.

The winners—Hamid Ibrahim, Chidi Chinedu, and Gbenga Bello—were selected through a lucky dip conducted on the day’s Lagos–Abuja and Abuja–Lagos flights. Passengers also received exclusive in‑flight access to the new Samsung Galaxy A57 and A37 models, and the winners were announced during a live event on board.

United Nigeria Airlines’ Chief Commercial Officer, Dayo Olawuyi, commented on the initiative, saying the promotion reflected the airline’s commitment to its passengers and the values that guide the brand. He added:
