Mourinho looks to sign another Chelsea player after Cucurella’s move to Real Madrid

Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho has added Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez to a shortlist of four midfielders he is targeting for the club.

Mourinho has already signed Marc Cucurella from his former team.

He now seeks to strengthen the squad further as he prepares for his second spell at the Bernabeu.

Transfer analyst Fabrizio Romano posted on X: “Enzo Fernandez remains on the four‑man shortlist at Real Madrid, awaiting a final decision — and the club is also looking at exits in midfield.”

“Nico Paz could stay at Como, Dani Ceballos will depart, with more to follow.”

“There are no club‑to‑club talks with Chelsea at this stage.”
