Wizkid to Host Pre‑Release Party for New Album in Paris on June 25

Grammy‑winning Nigerian artist Wizkid is set to host an exclusive pre‑release event for his forthcoming album in Paris, France, on June 25, heightening anticipation for the new project.

The gathering will be held at Cova Club Paris and is organised in collaboration with Deeds Paris Fashion Week.

Deeds Magazine’s Instagram post announced that the event will be hosted by Sina Braetz, Grey93 and Rae.

The announcement follows a brief hint from Wizkid on X, where he posted the caption “Album.”

While the artist has not disclosed the album’s title, release date or tracklist, the Paris event is expected to give fans and industry insiders an early glimpse of the highly anticipated work.

This project will be Wizkid’s first major release since ‘Morayo,’ which debuted in November 2024 and was dedicated to his late mother, Jane Dolapo Balogun, who died in August 2023.

Born Ayodeji Balogun, Wizkid first gained prominence with his 2011 debut album ‘Superstar’ and has since become one of Africa’s most successful music exports.
