Udinese, a Serie A club, have told Juventus that Super Eagles goalkeeper Maduka Okoye is valued at a level comparable to Aston Villa and Argentina international Emiliano Martínez.

Juventus are intensifying their search for a new goalkeeper this summer, hoping to secure Okoye.

Having faced obstacles in acquiring Martínez, Juventus have turned their attention to the Nigerian goalkeeper, amid rumors of Martínez moving to Turin after his strong performances for Villa.

Okoye has become a key target for Juventus as the Turin club seeks to strengthen its goalkeeping squad before the new season.

Okoye enjoyed a standout season with Udinese, even after missing the first six matches because of a suspension linked to a betting investigation.

The 26‑year‑old returned strongly, recording 10 clean sheets in 30 appearances across all competitions.

His displays helped Udinese finish 10th in Serie A, attracting interest from several clubs, Juventus included.

According to Il Messaggero Veneto via Tuttomercatoweb, Udinese values Okoye at €15 million, a figure comparable to the amount Juventus is said to be willing to pay for Emiliano Martínez of Aston Villa.
