Trump declares victory over Iran after Middle East bully is killed and defeated.

On Wednesday, U.S. President Donald Trump declared that Iran’s military was in disarray, saying the country’s naval and air forces had been largely destroyed amid rising tensions between Washington and Tehran.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump stated that Iran had been “completely defeated” and criticized the nation for not seizing earlier opportunities to negotiate an agreement with the United States.

The president described Iran as “all talk and no action,” adding that the country would now “pay the price” for delaying negotiations.

Trump wrote: “Iran’s Military is a complete and total mess. Much of it, like their Navy and Air Force, doesn’t even exist anymore. They have been completely defeated. Iran is all talk and no action. The Bully of the Middle East is DEAD!!! They’ve taken too long to negotiate a deal that would have been great for them, now they will have to pay the price!!!”

These remarks followed the United States military’s initiation of what it described as “self‑defense strikes” against Iran after a U.S. Army Apache helicopter was downed over the Strait of Hormuz.

The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) said the operation was launched on the orders of the Commander‑in‑Chief and was intended as a proportional response to what it called Iranian aggression.
