Transfer: Akinsamiro’s Pisa switch falls through amid Bundesliga interest

Nigeria midfielder Ebenezer Akinsamiro is poised to return to Serie A champions Inter Milan after his permanent move to Pisa collapsed, DAILY POST reports.

Akinsamiro performed well during his loan spell at Pisa last season, even though the club was relegated from Serie A.

The 21‑year‑old recorded one assist in 24 league appearances for the Tuscan club.

Pisa intended to activate the €7.5 million purchase option in his contract, but the transfer fell apart while documents were being exchanged.
