Nigeria equalised before halftime, with Akor Adams delivering a powerful run and finish.

With the match heading toward a stalemate, Francisco Conceição cut in and curled a sublime finish to secure the win.

Portugal’s next match will be their 2026 World Cup opener against DR Congo next Wednesday.
