Mourinho urges Real Madrid to sell two midfielders

Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho has urged the club to consider selling Eduardo Camavinga, according to The Athletic.

Sources close to Camavinga say that the 23‑year‑old midfielder would find it “impossible” to leave the club.

Mourinho also indicated that he would be open to letting Aurelien Tchouameni depart, a player who could attract interest from Manchester United.

Tchouameni could be sold during the summer transfer window after a season in which he competed with Federico Valverde for midfield time.

The manager explained that a midfield exit is necessary to create space for the creative talent the squad currently lacks.

He has expressed a particular interest in signing Chelsea’s Enzo Fernandez, whose estimated transfer fee is around £120 million.

Fernandez is reportedly seeking a fresh start and has shown a preference for joining Madrid.
