First City Monument Bank (FCMB) has rolled out new features on its mobile app, centering on a reward‑points system that converts routine transactions into real‑world benefits for users.
The update moves FCMB’s emphasis from basic banking to value creation, giving customers a clearer incentive to engage, transact, and remain within its digital ecosystem.

Aligned with its financial‑inclusion agenda, FCMB has streamlined upgrades from Tier 1 to Tier 2, enabling customers to access enhanced services without visiting a branch. The app also now offers instant virtual‑card requests and activation, allowing users to create and use secure digital cards for online transactions immediately.
