The Lagos‑based Landladies, who had lost their first two matches to Rivers Angels and Edo Queens, found the net twice in the second half.
It marked Nasarawa Amazons’ first defeat in the Super Six playoff.
Falconets striker Opeyemi Ajakaye opened the scoring just before the hour mark.
Before Nasarawa Amazons could regroup, FC Robo Queens added a second goal through Kemi Adegbuyi.
Despite the victory, Clement Osahon’s side remains at the bottom of the table, while Nasarawa Amazons occupy second place.
