19 Teams Have Qualified for the 2026 World Cup Round of 32

At least 19 teams have secured their spots in the World Cup’s Round of 32.

The newest qualifiers are Australia, Ivory Coast, Ecuador, Japan, the Netherlands, Sweden, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Colombia.

Australia finished as runners‑up in Group D after a 0‑0 draw with Paraguay in their final match.

Ivory Coast secured second place by beating debutants Curacao 2‑0 in their last group game.

Ecuador staged a comeback to defeat Germany 2‑1, while Japan and Sweden ended their match with a 1‑1 draw.

The Netherlands topped their group, overcoming Tunisia 3‑1.

These teams will join Mexico, South Africa, Canada, Switzerland, the United States, Brazil, Morocco, Germany, France, Norway, and Argentina in the next round.
