President Federation Cup: Offor upbeat Akwa United will make big impact

Akwa United head coach, Paul Offor says that their target is to secure qualification into the next round of the President Federation Cup.

The Promise Keepers will take on Wilbros FC in the Round of 64 of the competition in Aba.

Offor said that his team will approach the game with determination.

“The boys have been working really hard for this game. We have prepared very well for the game against Wilbros FC,” Offor told the club’s media.

“Our target is to progress to the next round. We will take each round as it comes.

“The Federation Cup is one tournament Akwa United has a rich history in after winning the title twice in 2015 and 2017, so we will give it our best effort.”
