The Nigeria Police Force, acting via the INTERPOL National Central Bureau in Abuja, has extradited Samuel Ugberease—also known as “Putsammy”, “Putput”, and “Sammy”—to the United States to face charges of online romance scams, wire fraud, and related financial crimes.
