Lagos Government Partners with Religious Leaders to Promote HIV Prevention and Reduce Stigma

The Lagos State government has urged religious leaders throughout the state to spearhead HIV prevention initiatives and combat the stigma linked to the disease.

The request came from the Lagos State AIDS Control Agency (LSACA) during a sensitisation workshop on HIV and AIDS prevention and HIV‑related stigma, which was organised for religious leaders at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) in Alausa, Ikeja.
