The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced on Saturday that the total number of deaths resulting from Israeli airstrikes since the conflict began on March 2 has risen to 4,057. The figure includes 135 health and emergency personnel and 12,121 injured individuals.
In a separate update, the ministry reported that the latest round of Israeli attacks on Friday increased the death toll from 47 to 83, with 141 people wounded. Most casualties were in southern Lebanon, but the strike also affected the eastern part of the country.
