Kelechi Iheanacho scored as Celtic beat Dunfermline Athletic 3‑1 to win the Scottish Cup at Hampden Park on Saturday.

Celtic opened the scoring when Daizen Maeda netted in the 17th minute.

The Hoops continued to dominate, but had to wait until nine minutes before the break to extend their advantage with a goal from Arne Engels.

Iheanacho entered the match as a substitute for James Forrest two minutes before the hour mark.

The Nigerian international added a third goal for Celtic in the 17th minute of the second half.

He finished the season with nine goals in 24 appearances across all competitions for the Bhoys.

Josh Cooper pulled one back for Dunfermline in the 80th minute.
