Zimbabwe head coach Kaitano Tembo said his team is aiming for a victory in the Unity Cup semi‑final against Nigeria, according to the DAILY POST.

The Warriors will face the Super Eagles at The Valley in London on Tuesday, May 26.

Tembo’s side arrived in Birmingham on Thursday to begin preparations for the invitational tournament.

The coach emphasized the importance of starting the competition with a win.

“I think for us, the most important thing is to see a lot of positives from the team. We want to win because it is important for us to start on a positive note and maintain the result,” Tembo told the Zimbabwe Football Association official website.

The Warriors will travel to London for the match on Sunday.
