Yusuf Buhari, son of President, wins APC House of Representatives ticket in primary election

Late former President Muhammadu Buhari’s son, Yusuf Buhari, has secured the All Progressives Congress (APC) nomination for the Sandamu/Daura/Mai’adua Federal Constituency.

In the primary, Yusuf received 5,849 votes, defeating Auwal Lawal Daura, who obtained 21 votes.

As a result, Yusuf Buhari will be the APC candidate for the Sandamu/Daura/Mai’adua seat in the 2027 general elections.
