The actor’s death from cancer at the age of 40 has shocked fans and colleagues, prompting an outpouring of condolences and tributes.

Details Of The Resurfaced Video

The clip, posted by Omoni Oboli on Instagram, captures her excitement while visiting the property, and also features IK Ogbonna.

During the visit, Omoni Oboli and Alex Ekubo exchanged a light‑hearted conversation after he rode a power bike and encouraged her to purchase one.

She responded, “I’m so proud of you. I love these bikes, I need more for myself.”

The footage also provides a look inside Ekubo’s garage, where a Range Rover was seen among other high‑end vehicles.

Stanley Ontop Breaks Silence

Producer Stanley Ontop has recently addressed Ekubo’s death, offering details about the actor’s illness.

In an Instagram post, the veteran producer revealed that Ekubo was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in 2024.

Following treatment and a transplant, the actor returned to work, but subsequent complications caused his health to decline.

Ekubo died on Monday, 12 May 2026, at a hospital in Lagos, after which his body was transferred to a morgue.
