U-17 World Cup Qualifiers: Flamingos Beat Guinea to Reach Final Round

Nigeria’s Flamingos dominated Guinea, winning 6‑0 in the second leg of their 2026 FIFA U‑17 Women’s World Cup qualifying match in Ikenne on Sunday.

The victory gave the Flamingos an 11‑0 aggregate win.

Oluwakemi Adegbuyi opened the scoring in the ninth minute.

The hosts continued to assert control, with captain Harmony Chidi scoring a hat‑trick in the first leg and adding a second goal in the 21st minute of this match.

Queen Joseph netted a third goal two minutes later, and Adegbuyi added her second of the game just before the half‑hour mark.

Chidi finished the scoring spree with a brace in the 34th minute, assisted by Adegbuyi.

The Flamingos added a single goal in the second half from Precious Oscar.
