Trabzonspor Submits Bid for Super Eagles Invitee

Turkish Süper Lig club Trabzonspor has submitted an offer for former Super Eagles invitee Anthony Dennis, reports Completesports.com.

According to reports, Göztepe have placed an initial €7 million valuation on the 21‑year‑old midfielder, who has attracted interest from several European clubs following his impressive performances over the past two and a half seasons.

Dennis, who joined Göztepe in July 2023, made 31 league appearances and scored three goals during the 2025/26 Süper Lig campaign.

Trabzonspor Favourites To Sign Dennis

Trabzonspor are believed to be in a strong position to secure the midfielder’s signature, with no formal offers yet received from clubs outside Turkey. Dennis has previously been linked with Villarreal, FSV Mainz 05 and Beşiktaş.

Negotiations between Trabzonspor and Göztepe are expected to begin in the coming days.

Trabzonspor manager Fatih Tekke is reportedly eager to add the Nigerian to his squad, and the club are prepared to push hard to complete the transfer.

Dennis remains under contract with Göztepe until June 2027, while Transfermarkt currently values him at €8 million.
