Andy Robertson is set to join Tottenham Hotspur this summer after completing his final appearance for Liverpool on Sunday, according to the Mirror.

The Scotland international left Anfield alongside Mohamed Salah following their 1‑1 draw with Brentford on the final day of the Premier League season.

In April, Robertson confirmed that he would depart Liverpool at the end of the campaign, following Salah’s exit.

He has been with the club since his 2017 move from Hull City and will leave after nine years and 378 appearances for Liverpool.

Tottenham made an attempt to sign Robertson in January but were unable to reach an agreement. Liverpool were willing to sell the 32‑year‑old to receive a fee before his contract expires, and Robertson had talks with Spurs, although a deal never materialised.

It is now understood that Robertson has agreed personal terms with Tottenham, who are in a strong position to finalise the transfer after securing Premier League survival.

Tottenham’s 1‑0 victory over Everton on Sunday was enough to secure 17th place and consign West Ham to relegation.

Robertson said he will now focus on representing Scotland at the World Cup this summer, while also hinting at a possible return to Liverpool in the future.

“These guys come and support us every single week. I’ve been here nine years and we’ve played in front of a sellout crowd at Anfield and full away ends every game,” he told Sky Sports.

Asked how he was feeling, Robertson added: “Emotionally drained. It’s been a busy week trying to keep your emotions in check and saying bye to those you need to say bye to.”

“Pep Guardiola pushed us to new limits. We should have won more Premier Leagues if it wasn’t for that man. Seamus Coleman is leaving Everton and he’s been a fantastic servant for that football club.”
