Tinubu has repaired the damage caused by the Buhari administration, says Fayose.

Former Ekiti State governor Ayodele Fayose said that President Bola Tinubu has repaired the damage inflicted on Nigeria by the late former President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.

Fayose added that while Tinubu is not a perfect man, he has given his best effort to date.

Speaking on Channels Television’s Politics Today Monday night, the former governor noted that the situation was worse when Buhari left office.

He stated: “Tinubu is not a perfect person but he has given his best, things were worse at the exit of Buhari.”

“Tinubu handed over the government to himself by taking over from Buhari and, as a decent man who will not want to say that he has abandoned the northerners, he took everything to heart and managed the damage done to the country by the last administration.”

“The president has shown focus and I want to say to you that when Jonathan was to leave office, the same way he was blackmailed with insecurity is what is happening now.”
