Suspected Internet Fraudster Beheads Girlfriend in Delta County.

A suspected internet fraudster is alleged to have beheaded his girlfriend in the Edjeba community, Warri South Local Government Area, Delta State.

Daily Post reports that the suspect used a knife to sever the girlfriend's neck at his apartment on Ajidi Street, Edjeba.

The landlord of the compound reportedly raised the alarm and called the police after hearing a loud shout from the suspect’s apartment.

Police arrived quickly, searched the apartment, found the headless body, and arrested the suspect, who remains in custody.

The police placed the remains in a morgue while the investigation continues.

Residents reported seeing the girl the day before as she went to the market to buy food for her boyfriend, unaware that he would kill her the following morning.

They also noted that the couple was often seen together in the suspect’s white Lexus SUV.
