He previously served as a Strategic Consultant to the Central Bank of Nigeria, facilitating landmark initiatives such as the Financial System Strategy 2020 (FSS2020) and the launch of the African Finance Corporation (AFC).

He represented Bloomberg Multimedia Group across multiple African markets. He founded Business in Africa Events, a premier platform for investment advisory and reputation management, and established the African Banker Awards under the patronage of the African Development Bank.
Udechukwu was a co‑founder of Asia‑Africa Infrastructure and Industrial Ventures Partners Limited and a Director of Osike Synergy Nigeria Limited, with a diverse portfolio spanning real estate, hospitality, and agriculture.
He holds a BA in History and English Language (University of Nigeria), an MA in Advanced International Studies (University of Leeds, as a Guinness Scholar), an MBA (Middlesex University Business School), and a certification in Corporate Finance from the London Business School.
