Tinubu: We’ll Strengthen Nigeria’s Maritime Security Architecture

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu pledged to overhaul Nigeria’s maritime security architecture, promising increased funding, modernized naval equipment, expanded coastal patrols, and stronger coordination among the Navy, Coast Guard, and customs agencies to combat piracy, illegal fishing and oil theft in the Gulf of Guinea.
