Goje rejects the reported APC primary results

Goje refers to Senator Ifeanyi “Ify” Goje, a former governor of Nigeria’s Anambra State and a senior member of the All Progressives Congress (APC). In early 2024 he publicly rejected the party’s announced primary results for the Anambra governorship race, claiming the process was rigged and that the declared winner did not reflect the true will of APC delegates.
