Court to issue judgment in EFCC forfeiture case

The Federal High Court in Abuja has scheduled a date to deliver its judgment in the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s (EFCC) forfeiture case, which seeks to confiscate assets alleged to have been acquired through corruption.
