Roy Keane (born 10 August 1971) is an Irish former professional footballer and manager, best known as a dominant midfielder for Manchester United from 1993 to 2005, where he won seven Premier League titles, four FA Cups and the 1999 UEFA Champions League. He captained both club and the Republic of Ireland national team, earning a reputation for fierce competitiveness and leadership.
