nasir el-rufai

Nasir el‑Rufai (born 1960) is a Nigerian architect, urban planner, and politician. He served as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) from 2003 to 2007, overseeing development projects in Abuja. In 2015 he was elected Governor of Kaduna State, a position he held for two terms until 2023, focusing on security reforms, infrastructure, and education.
