PenCom Launches Pilot Phase of PenCare Initiative, Welcomes

PenCom (the Federal Pension Commission of Nigeria) has begun the pilot phase of its PenCare initiative, a health‑and‑wellness program for pension contributors and retirees. The pilot, launched in selected states, offers subsidised medical insurance, preventive health screenings and wellness education, aiming to improve members’ access to quality healthcare and reduce out‑of‑pocket costs.
