NPA Chief Highlights Outdated Port Infrastructure in West

The NPA (National Ports Authority) chief highlighted that many of West Africa’s ports suffer from outdated infrastructure, including aging berths, insufficient cargo‑handling equipment, limited storage capacity and poor road‑rail links.
