Lagos NMA Criticizes EFCC Raid on UUTH, Threatens

The National Medical Association (NMA) of Lagos publicly condemned a recent Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) raid on the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH). The NMA said the operation disrupted patient care, violated medical ethics and due process, and warned that continued interference could jeopardize healthcare delivery and staff safety.
