ogbomoso

Ogbomosa (often spelled Ogbomoso) is a major city in southwestern Nigeria, located in Oyo State about 115 km north of Ibadan. It serves as the administrative centre of Ogbomoso North and South Local Government Areas and is a commercial hub for agriculture, especially cocoa, cotton, and food crops. The city grew around the historic Oke-Ogbojo hill and the palace of the Olubadan of Ogbomoso, a traditional ruler.
