Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Quito (LDU Quito) is a professional football club based in Quito, Ecuador. Founded in 1930, it is one of the country's most successful teams, winning multiple Ecuadorian Serie A titles and becoming the first Ecuadorian club to win a major South American tournament, the 2008 Copa Libertadores, followed by the 2009 Recopa Sudamericana and the 2009 Copa Sudamericana.
