NIMASA’S Renewed Push Against Maritime Crimes

NIMASA (Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency) has intensified its campaign to curb maritime crimes such as piracy, illegal fishing, oil theft, and smuggling in Nigerian waters. The agency has deployed more patrol vessels, upgraded surveillance technology, and increased coordination with the Nigerian Navy, the Coast Guard, and regional partners.
