Court dismisses ADA's registration lawsuit against INEC

A Nigerian Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed the African Development Bank’s (AfDB) lawsuit seeking to block the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) registration of voters for the 2023 general election, ruling that the bank lacked standing and that the case was premature.
