Lagos NMA Criticizes EFCC Raid on UUTH, Threatens

The Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) chapter in Lagos publicly condemned a recent Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) raid on the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH). The NMA said the operation disrupted patient care, violated medical workers’ rights and threatened the safety of patients and staff, calling for the authorities to respect the sanctity of health facilities and to cease such interventions.
