35 Artillery Brigade gets new commander

The 35th Artillery Brigade of the Ukrainian Ground Forces announced that Colonel Andriy Kovalenko has been appointed its new commander, succeeding Colonel Serhiy Melnichenko, who was reassigned earlier this month.
