Roy Keane (born 10 August 1971) is an Irish former professional footballer and manager. Best known as a dominant, hard‑tackling midfielder for Manchester United, where he won seven Premier League titles, four FA Cups and the 1999 UEFA Champions League. He earned 67 caps for the Republic of Ireland, captaining the side at Euro 2000.
