MACBAN welcomes US religious freedom report, distances Fulani

MACBAN (the Muslim Association of Canada – Balochistan) issued a statement welcoming the U.S. State Department’s 2023 International Religious Freedom Report, praising its recognition of Canada’s commitment to religious liberty. At the same time, MACBAN publicly distanced itself from the Fulani community, stating that it does not represent or support Fulani groups and condemns any extremist or violent actions associated with them.
