Monza

Monza is a city and comune in the Lombardy region of northern Italy. Situated on the Lambro River approximately 15 kilometres north-northeast of Milan, it is the capital of the Province of Monza and Brianza and a central urban node within the Brianza area. With a population exceeding 120,000 inhabitants, Monza is the third-largest city in Lombardy and forms part of the Milan metropolitan area, one of the most densely populated regions in Europe and among the main economic areas of the European Union.
