Saleh Mamman (born January 2, 1958) is a Nigerian government official who served as Minister of Power from August 2019 until September 2021.

Mamman Kwagyang Saleh hails from Taraba State. He earned a Higher National Diploma in electrical electronics from Kaduna Polytechnic in 1988 and completed an MBA in business administration at Bayero University Kano in 2015.

Career

Saleh began his teaching career in 1981 at the Technical School in Mubi, Adamawa State. In 1992, he transferred to Taraba State, where he was appointed assistant director at the Ministry of Works. He retired from public service in 2002 and subsequently pursued full‑time business and political activities.
