Rodri, a Manchester City midfielder, said he remains calm about his contract situation, noting that his current agreement runs until June 2027.

Despite external interest, the player is focusing on the remainder of the season rather than long‑term plans.

Sources indicate that City may offer him a new deal extending to June 2029 or 2030, which could make him the club’s second‑highest paid player after Erling Haaland.

“I’m calm,” he said. “To be honest, I don’t think much about my future right now because there is another priority.”
