Germany and Borussia Dortmund winger Karim Adeyemi is attracting interest from several top‑flight clubs ahead of a busy summer transfer window, Afriq Foot reports.

The 24‑year‑old had a mixed campaign under Nico Kovac at the Westfalen Stadion, starting just 15 of Die Schwarzgelben’s 34 Bundesliga games.

Across all competitions, Adeyemi recorded 10 goals and eight assists. While that figure is lower than last season, his potential—particularly his pace—has drawn the attention of many big clubs this summer.

According to Team Talk, the 11‑cap Germany international’s contract with Borussia Dortmund expires next summer, and the chances of a new deal are very low.

It was previously reported that Adeyemi had a falling out with Niko Kovac over limited playing time, but the Croatian manager denied those claims.

“I firmly believe that he can become a truly great footballer if he adjusts certain things. But for that, he has to trust me a little more. He has to work on his accuracy, his meticulousness,” the former Bayern Munich coach said in quotes revealed by Goal.

“He has been given huge talent; now it’s about work, changing details and nuances that will move him forward. To do that, he has to use every minute of training,” Kovac added.

Borussia Dortmund are keen to avoid losing him on a free transfer next year and are open to cashing in this summer if bids reach €60‑70 million.

Chelsea and Manchester United have already registered their interest in the German international. Both sides see Adeyemi as a different profile to the attacking talents they already have, and his pace makes him a prized asset for any Premier League team.

Mo Salah is set to play his final Liverpool game this weekend against Brentford, and it is expected that the Reds will enter the transfer market to find a suitable replacement.

Arne Slot’s side spent over €400 million to secure the services of Hugo Ekitike, Florian Wirtz, Alexander Isak and Milos Kerkez last summer, but the team’s performance did not reflect the amount invested.

While Yan Diomande has been tipped to move to Anfield, Leipzig’s €110 million demand makes Adeyemi a cheaper option.

Paris Saint‑Germain arguably has the best attacking talents in Europe at the moment, but are keeping tabs on the Dortmund winger in case any of their players consider an exit.

According to Capology, Adeyemi earns €96,154 weekly, although that could rise to €120,192 with bonuses. He is now believed to be seeking a substantial wage package in the region of £150,000‑£180,000 per week, reflecting his ambition to play at the highest level.
