President Federation Cup: Ogenyi urges Wikki Tourists to perform strongly

Wikki Tourists technical adviser Evans Ogenyi has expressed a desire for a stronger showing in the President Federation Cup.

The Bauchi Elephants were relegated to the Nigeria National League (NNL) after finishing the 2025‑26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.

In the tournament, Wikki Tourists will meet Bayelsa United in the Round of 32.

Ogenyi said the team’s goal is to make a statement in the competition.

“We want to make a statement in the Federation Cup when we face Bayelsa United next in the competition,” Ogenyi told Puyaka.

The match is scheduled to take place at the Lafia City Stadium on Monday, June 1.
