President Federation Cup: Ogenyi praises Wikki Tourists’ win over Bayelsa United

Evans Ogenyi, the technical adviser of Wikki Tourists, praised his squad for the win against Bayelsa United in the President Federation Cup Round 32 match.

The Bauchi side triumphed 3-1 over Bayelsa United at Lafia City Stadium on Monday, advancing to the Round of 16.

Ogenyi highlighted that the players followed the game plan closely.

“I thank God for this victory and commend my players for playing according to instructions,” Ogenyi said in a statement to the club’s media.

“Before the match, I challenged them to play the game of their lives, and they did exactly that. God crowned our efforts with victory.”

Wikki Tourists are looking to make a significant impact in the tournament after their relegation from the Nigeria Premier Football League.
