Photos: Leading ISWAP commanders surrender as military intensifies offensive

The Nigerian military announced a new milestone in its counter‑insurgency effort in the North‑East after a new group of senior ISWAP leaders surrendered to the Joint Task Force (North East) under Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK) following sustained offensives.

In the same period, 76 ISWAP combatants and several of their family members surrendered to Nigerian troops.
